Yan-Wei Liu

Known to his friends as William, the 20-year old from Beijing turned pro at the early age of 17, but has already gained huge experienced in the game at the highest level. A consistent performer on the ADT in 2016, Liu brought his game to several European Tour events in 2017 and held his own, making the cut in half the events he played and finishing tied 11th at the Shenzhen International. He also had a solid season on the Asian Tour, finishing top 10 at the Bashundhara Bangladesh Open before a timely career high finish of 3rdat the KG S&H City Asian Golf Championship in December which gave him a chance to retain his card by finishing in the top-61. Cruelly, he was denied the opportunity by being squeezed out to 62nd place on the final day of the season at the Indonesian Masters.
